(1) ENGINEERS (RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT)

The job:
• Project Management – Ensure that new products are developed on time and achieve the quality targets
• New Product Research and Development – Plan, design and develop the new delegated product
• Participate in Innovate Project Team Projects – Execute basic R&D projects and focus on main research area: Bike System

Pre-requisites:
• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in R&D. Fresh graduates with good academic results are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of Materials and Process Engineering
• Proficient in CAD/CAE, Finite Element Analysis using IDEAS system
• Good knowledge of transmission mechanisms and mechatronics
• Must be highly innovative and creative
• Passion in cycling will be added advantage

(2) OFFICER (MARKETING)

The candidate should be responsible for deriving Marketing Plan Planning and Execution.

The job:
• Plan yearly marketing plan.
• Service existing distributors on marketing plan execution
• Derive and coordinate advertisements in South East Asia
• Source and manages marketing events and activities for increased brand awareness
• Periodic report on market activities
• Liaise with customers regarding New Product Presentation/Exhibitions/Surveys
• Consolidate and submit monthly marketing report.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration with two years relevant working experience
• Possess good communication, planning, organisation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to changes in sales / marketing enviroment
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Team player, patient, customer-oriented, resourceful, independent, versatile and hardworking
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be added advantage.
