SHIPPING OFFICER

Job Description:

  • Received Customer Order, handle Customer payment and liaise with customer for Shipment confirmation
  • Follow up with warehouse and communicate with forwarder for shipment details
  • Plan shipment for customers and liaise with 5 factories
  • Arrange bank negotiation, export declaration, certificate of origin application and document filing

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or ITE in related field
  • 1-2 years of working experience would be advantageous
  • Knowledge on shipping terms, customer declaration, COO application
  • Basic knowledge of shipping arrangement and excel knowledge

Willing to learn and able to perform over-time when needed
