ADMIN ASSISTANT (SALES AND MARKETING)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in General administration for the department
  • Handle Shipping Administration, Arrangement and Coordination
  • Handle Shipping Documentation and Letter of Credit Negotiation
  • Remittance/ Accounts Receivables Management and Control
  • Achieve/exceed set sales target together with sales team .
  • Provide Stock tabulation and control of 3rd party logistic warehouse.
  • Provide excellent after sales to existing customers.

 

Pre-requisites:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics Management. minimum one year relevant working experience in related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Class 3 driving license will be added advantage.
