IT Helpdesk Officer

Job Responsibilities:
• IT administration (filing, handling of incoming helpdesk calls, Identity Management)
• Troubleshooting and resolve computer related problems raised by user
• Proficient in Documentation
• Follow up on incidents/problems
• Ad-hoc project assignment and fulfillment
• Demonstrate strong capability in system deployment
• Ensure all accountability of IT assets
• Assist in Audit filing
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment purchase
• Collaborate with other departments to provide assistance and support in cost improvement projects

Job Requirements:
• 0 - 3 years of related relevant work experience
• Minimum ITE in related fields
• Ability to communicate with people of various level
• Willing to hands on and a team player
• Knowledge on MS office, MS Operating System, Active Directory environment
