Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handles all IT Procurements and liaison with respective departments
  • File and dock all Audit requirements
  • Provide Administrative Support to the department staff
  • Assist in travel booking and claims
  • Office Inventory and administration
  • Reservation and coordination of events
  • Provide level 1 support for IT Matters
  • PBX administration
  • Documentation
  • Ad-hoc project participation and fulfillment
  • Liaison to all IT related matters with external
  • Meeting Minutes and follow up actions


Job Requirements:

  • 2 Years of administrative experience
  • Minimum “O” level
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Microsoft Office skills
