Assistant Officer - Aftersales Support (Marketing & Customer Service Department for Fishing Tackles)                                                               

 

Department Directives                                                                                                                                  

  • Promote sport fishing products to markets in South East Asia
  • Train & nurture staff to carry out duties effectively & efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers                                                                                    

 

Duties and responsibilities                                                                                                              

Warranty

  • To maintain Warranty database thru periodic updating
  • Admin duties relating to Warranty claim received and dispatch
  • General invoices for claims that need payment from customers.
  • Collate Warranty claims relating to factory NCs.
  • Service Parts
  • Receive & process parts orders from customers
  • Liaise with customers & Factories on deliveries
  • Generate invoice for parts sales
  • Maintain & update schematic diagrams
  • Maintain service parts inventory with adequate stock

                                                                                     

Minimum Qualifications                                                                                                                               

  • Cert/ Nitec in Technical field
  • 2 years’ experience in related field                                                                                                            

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities                                                                                                 

  • Fast Learner & customer oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active team player, resourceful & hardworking
  • Competent in Microsoft Office tools.(Excel etc)                                                                         
  • Physically fit
  • Class 3 license is added advantage                                                                                               
  • Able to perform over-time when needed
  • Able to work under tight timeline
  • Able to work on holidays to support events

  • 20 Benoi Sector, Singapore 629852 (Transport from North/West area of Singapore)
  • 8am - 530pm (Mondays to Fridays)
  • Lunch provided
  • Uniform provided
